How do I pay for my item?
You can buy your items with credit card, PayPal system and through bank-to-bank transfer.
How do I pay with PayPal?
If you choose to pay through PayPal, you have to make sure that you enter your email and Paypal account password correctly once you have placed the order. The amount is charged directly either on your credit card (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard) or on the prepaid card. Soon after, Paypal sends you a confirmation email for each transaction placed with this payment.
What are the accepted credit cards?
Visa, Mastercard and CartaSi are the accepted credit cards. If you use either prepaid cards or single-use credit cards, we highly recommend you to keep them for a while, just in case.
Is online shopping with credit card safe?
Transactions taken place on our website are safe. Online payment with credit card is not risky at all. Info about payments is encrypted and cannot be accessed by hackers. Only information about the transaction result and the necessary shipping details are made available. These personal data are treated according to privacy law.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
After placing the online order you’ll get an email containing the payment details which you will need to complete the transfer from your personal bank account. In ‘the reason for payment’ please state the order number and date and payer’s name and surname.
Once the funds arrive at our bank, our company will arrange the shipping according to the directions described in the payment methods section.
Can I pay in cash on delivery of the ordered goods?
No, you cannot. You can only pay with credit cards and bank-to-bank transfer.
What does it happen if the delivered package is damaged?
If the package is either damaged, broken or tampered, it is important to sign conditionally the delivery receipt. If internally the items are damaged, please contact us immediately to report the incident either via email at [email protected] or via phone call at +39 347.9633038.

Can I cancel an online order?
Yes, you can cancel an order as long as you do it immediately after you submit the cancel request.
Do I have to register on the website to purchase your goods?
No, you don’t need to. The registration helps hastening the next purchases.
