In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (Privacy Act), treatment of personal data, collected in the company website, is authorized for each transaction made according to the principles of decency, transparency and confidentiality.

Data treatment

Treatment of data provided by the client cannot have purposes different from the correct transaction processing: the client authorizes his/her data treatment when he/she  is about to make an online purchase.

Data and information obtained cannot be released.

The interested party can, at any time, exercise his/her right as per Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 towards the holder of the treatment.
