Product Description

This agribox contains a range of savoury snacks that are ideal as appetizers before lunch or during the day for a quick and healthy bite. The products contained in the Agribox are made with in-house flours that we obtain by milling ancient grains. Among the items, thereare: “cavatelli” made with whole grain emmer wheat flour, “garganelli” made with organic ancient whole Senatore Cappelli grain wheat flour, “quadrucci” made with organic ancient whole Saragolla rossa grain, and “tarallini” made with Germanella ancient grain soft wheat flour.

Some snacks are pasta-shaped as pasta means ‘homemade food’ and is the icon of the Mediterranean diet, and eating it is a daily ritual and example of ‘slow food’ lifestyle. For this reason, we have worked on the “design” of pasta because our snacks have a healthy properties even if they are consumed on the spur of the moment. They are made with few ingredients, high quality wheat flour, a little salt and extra virgin olive oil.

The Agribox contains:

• organic Germanella ancient grain soft wheat flour tarallini. They are brittle as they are boiled in the water and then baked. Ingredients: organic Germanella ancient grain soft wheat flour, Coratina extra virgin olive oil, wild fennel seeds picked in Alta Murgia Park, white wine and salt – 250 gr.;
• organic stone milled Saragolla Rosso del Molise ancient whole grain wheat flour crackers. Ingredients: organic stone milled Saragolla Rosso del Molise ancient whole grain wheat flour, organic flax-seed, organic sesame seeds, fresh rosemary picked in our vegetable garden, extra virgin olive oil, white wine and salt – 250 gr.;
• organic stone milled whole grain emmer wheat flour cavatelli. Ingredients: whole grain emmer wheat flour, organic flax-seed, extra virgin olive oil and salt – 250 gr.;
• organic Senatore Cappelli ancient whole grain wheat flour pasta snack “garganelli”. Ingredients: organic ancient whole grain wheat flour, Coratina extra virgin olive oil, white onion, chili pepper and salt – 250 gr;
• Filippo Cea organic blanched and toasted almonds seasoned with salt and extra virgin olive oil – 200 gr.;
• Termite di Bitetto olives jar – 390 gr. (net weight), 220 gr. (pitted olives weight)

Recommendations

The above mentioned quantities are ideal as an appetizer for 10-15 people.
